Job Description:
Experience interfacing with, maintaining, and
launching SFDC features
• Experience managing data between diverse data systems
• Able to design & maintain relational databases
• Fluent in SQL – Especially data security protocols
• Experience creating custom reports using Tableau or
similar reporting engine
• Proven history of clearly documenting system and data
structures
• Strong Plus: Experience with
• MS SQL Management Studio
• MS VBA
• Anaplan
Should have production support experience of minimum 6-8 years.
Very good at onshore and offshore team driven approach to support service delivery best value to clients
