Job Description

Looking for Business Analysts for one of our Pharmaceautical Clients in DE. Candidates needs to have good expertise in Pharma Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementation and also good ability in bringing best practices of Pharma MDM solutions implemented across the world.

 

Must Have Skills:

Excellent industry wide knowledge in Pharma Master Data Management concepts and implementation across the world

·         Requirements elicitation, analysis, and management

·         Conduct and document requirements gathering workshops

·         Use structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/validation of gathered requirements, including

·         decomposition of high-level information into details;

·         abstracting low-level information;

·         distinguishing requests vs. needs;

·         distinguishing requirements vs. solutions;

·         classifying and prioritizing requirements;

·         eliciting and clarifying scope boundaries for the solution

·         Utilize experience in requirements definition to ensure that implications across multiple areas are completely understood and documented

·         Formulate and define system scope and objectives using knowledge of information technology and industry knowledge/requirements

·         Partner with business units and development teams to identify sources of data, analyze the data for gaps and identify mitigation strategies

·         Support visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design

·         Develop and execute user acceptance test plans.

·         Thorough knowledge of the SDLC process and experience with different methodologies

·         Detail-oriented and highly organized with outstanding problem-solving skills

·         Comfort with working in a fast-paced, changing environment

·         Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members

·         Must be a team player and be a self-motivated individual with the ability to juggle different priorities

 

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include requirements elicitation and information gathering, solution analysis, documentation, and creation of business specifications as well as communication across the different teams on the project. This role requires exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, non-technical staff, all levels of management, and clients. Proven skills for eliciting requirements, gathering and analyzing information, documenting, communicating, and problem solving are required. Experience in the Life Sciences industry domain is highly required.
