Position           : TSM Storage Admin

Location          : Dearborn, MI

Duration           : Long Term

 

Product Knowledge

1. TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) Backup 5.2 for Windows

2. IBM Total Storage (Eg: DS4500)

3. IBM Tape Library (Eg: 3583 LTO (Ultrim 3)

4. Brocade Switch

5. Windows Clustering

6. Windows2003 Server

 

TSM Activities:-

·         Checking the schedules finished without failure

·         Checking the tsm database integrating

·         Checking the tsm library volumes

·         Checking the Diskpool usage and migration to tapepool

·         Checking the tsm database backup report

·         Checking the tsm server activity log for failed backup happened

·         Checking tsm session loading, migration of diskpool status

·         Checking the missed file logs

·         Checking the exchange, fileserver for inactive backup version on servers

·         Checking DR Media reclaim percentage

·         Checking the critical error event log of tsm server

·         Checking tsm drscript
