IRC channel?

At the moment we don't appear to have a vendor-neutral place where we can discuss the hotness that are Web Components. 

How about we setup #webcomponents on freenode (or something similar)?

Would someone like to get that setup and we can all jump in as time allows?

I'm not a very active IRC user but this is definitely a good idea 'cause lots of people use it.
