Junk characters are getting displayed in WebCenter Portal application

Hi,

 

Junk characters are getting displayed in WebCenter Portal application

 

I have used site navigation model for menu and used resource bundle to the title.

 

If I change the language to Japanese then it is rendering junk characters.

 

I am not able to understand what could be the issue in Portal app. I am using jdev 11.1.1.6.0

Hi

I have analyzed further and found my portal application not converting Japanese charset to unicode charset while creating EAR of the project

What configuration do we required for this so that it will have unicode charset in packed property file in ear?
