Custom Content Contribution in Webcenter Spaces

Hi All,
As you know, the OOTB Content Presenter only allows to query UCM, but it doesn't allow to contribute back from that widget to Webcenter Content with the same metadata used to query the list.

Is there a way to contribute back with the same metadata that ?


Or If I have to write a customer one, can extend the content presenter code, or what would be the easiest/right direction to do it ?

Any outside the box solutions and suggestions are acceptable.

I am looking at a design which allows drag and drop files into a specific widget and allowing the contributor(s) to enter metadata and few default ones.

The current approach we are taking is each widget is based on Site Studio and the contribution is done per widget with shift your control to contribution keys (ctrl + shift + C).

Also is PS7 Webcenter Spaces is planning to offer anything like that? knowing that Site studio will eventually disappear!
