Hi,

I have build a sample application using ADF bounded and unbounded task flows.

If ADF security is not implemented then I am able to expose my unbounded task flow as portlet and able to consume it on Webcenter Portal as WSRP2.0.

Can someone guide me whether an ADF taskflow with ADF security implemented could be exposed as a portlet and if yes then how can I consume it on Webcenter Portal?

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

The way portlets work is that they should get the security information from its portal. You normally do not enforce security on the portlet itself but instead you map security from the portal to security in your portlet. These mappings should happen according to the JSR 286 standard which uses JEE roles. unfortunately ADF does not use JEE roles...

We had a similar discussion before in the EMG, maybe that can give some more information: http://groups.google.com/group/webcenter-emg/browse_thread/thread/bbc901abe498c8ff?hl=en_US

Regards

Yannick
