Will WebcamStudio ever be on Windows?

I saw a news flash post talking about how it almost works on Windows, so I was wondering if it will ever happen officially, or how to do it at all.

Will need resources on this. Basically, the GUI is working, but we
still need a virtual driver for Windows. Once this is done, then
WS4GL should work as in Linux

The next 0.57 beta 2 will be supporting windows, or any other OSes
supporting java and gstreamer. I am currently working on the final
details and documentation, but you will be able to use WebcamStudio
under windows.
