new member problem

Hi,
The trial version worked great on my XP Dell desktop but when I ran the trial on my new Dell Vista laptop the following error messages came up
Error could not save image D:\programfiles\openCV\otherlibs\highgui\loadsave.cpp(436)
and
Input image depth is not supported by function 0 in function CVGet Mat, D:\Program files\OpenCV\cxcore\src\cxarray.cpp(2782)
Image size is small and the camera works on the computer itself.

Hi George,

Thanks for getting in touch. There are lots of Flix users who run
Vista, but you're the first person to report this particular problem.
I'll have a look into it but it would be helpful to know the
following;

1) Do you have the latest version (v3.3)?
2) What do you (press which button etc) which prompts the problem?
3) Does it happen every time?
4) Have you tried using a different webcam (if you've got one)?

Any help would be much appreciated.
