Hi,

I am in the process of setting up a kiosk which can be used to browse
only 2 specific websites. For this, I donot need the address bar in
the browser. So, i installed the iceweasel-webcnoaddressbar deb
package in my debian system. But as soon i install this, the
webconverger package is removed by apt. I went ahead and created the
image by following the steps as in http://webconverger.org/develop.
When i booted through this image, although my homepage settings were
the exactly the way I wanted, the address bar is still visible and the
users can browse any websites they want. My confusion was how to
include iceweasel-webcnoaddressbar in the boot image so that the
address bar disappears in the kiosk.

Thanks a lot Hendry. It is working!!!
By the way, i noticed some strange behavior. I have configured
Webconverger to open 2 homepages. On booting through the live cd,
everything just comes up fine. However, when I click on the home
button on the browser task bar, an error occurs. This is because the
homepage button shows my homepage as http://www.x.com%20http://www.y.com
and it is trying to access both the pages as a single url.

Yes, I'm aware of that annoying bug.

I need to parse out the first link for the homepage.

I will fix it.

Kind regards,
