In a build, trying to run "lh_build" I get the following errors:

Are others getting that?
Is it my connection that's blocking access to that domain, or is that
content really not there?
Should I change the sources or what?

The files I see this source/URL in are:
~/config-webc/webconverger/config/chroot_sources/restricted.chroot
~/config-webc/webconverger/config/chroot_sources/restricted.binary
