Getting back into boot options - permanent install

Hi all,

Apologies for what may appear as a totally dumb question... but how do I get back into the boot options, after having done a permanent install? I only saw the "Live" etc. menu once, where you can make edits to the options, but now the system boots straight into the browser and the "Buy a subscription" page.

I'm sure there is a key/key combo that can get you back into the boot menu, anyone know?

The idea at this stage is that the install version is something you
need to purchase a subscription for.

You can sometimes trigger boot: menu pressing tab or ESC on boot, but
it's really tricky to do that.
