[webby] autobuild still sucks... looking for alternatives

Looking for a better way until autobuild can get fixed (doesnt pick up
changes on partials, I'd like to help fix that at some point. I made
some progress here: http://github.com/merbjedi/webby/commit/85ec814f5dced308908e241ceb74273f43425786).

But in the meantime, I'm thinking about doing something with the
"watchr" gem so it just autobuilds after all changes.

Anyone get this set up already? If not I'll go ahead and get it set up
and post the .watchr file

Here's my uber-ghetto alternative that uses the watchr gem. Seems to
work for now. Improvements welcome!

There's a kicker gem that comes with a command line tool for running
arbitrary shell commands when any file in a list of directories
changes. I've found it hugely useful when working with things like
webby.
