Will Webapp2 be part of Google summer of Code 2014?

My name is Jude Ben, a Computer Science Student and a Google student ambassador in university of Uyo, Nigeria. After completing "how to build a search engine" and "how to build a blog" courses from udacity.com

early this year. i just fell in love with this amazing apps, i wish, i will have the opportunity to contribute to this open source projects as a student. please will webApp2 be part of the project in Google summer of Code 2014? if yes, please what are some of the area(topics) i need to cover or know to be able to contribute this wonderful projects?
