Docs for WebApiContrib.Formatting.Html

Can we get some docs added for this? I don't think I wrote any of the code, but people are asking about it. I don't mind learning it so it can get some documentation, but it's probably quicker and higher quality if somebody with experience takes the lead on this one.

We don't need much, just a simple readme.md like the Ninject or StructureMap projects have.
