You'll need to setup a TTS server. The goal is basically to be able
to query a URL and get back an MP3.
There are instruction for getting eSpeak to work here:
http://code.google.com/p/webanywhere/wiki/Installation#Deploy_eSpeak_TTS_server_(optional)
If you run into any problems (or solve them!), please email the dev
list (CC'd) and post solutions on the wiki.
