WA frames will shift to left in IE8

Hi all,

WA frames will shift to left after reading the first paragraph of
default page in IE8 on WinXP. (refer to attachment)

This can be reproduced by following link:
http://119.146.223.137/wa/index.php?locale=en

It uses the latest code in SVN. Any idea?

Yes, I've seen this happen as well. I'm not sure why it's happening.
