Installing WebAnywhere

Hello,
I'd like to install the WebAnywhere script for my server, but I have
some questions:
Firstly, I installed the Espeak, and downloaded the sourcecode from
svn (trunk branch). I copied the getsound.pl file to the cgi-bin
folder, and tried to edit the my*base_dir. But my problem is that this
line doesn't exist. What's the matter?
When I open the local WA page, I got the following error:
wp/wawp.php
File Not Found!
But in this folder there is the wawp.php file.

Do you get an error with getsound.pl?
The second problem (not being able to find wa/wawp.php) seems like a
problem with how the directories on your webserver are mapped to paths
on the web site. This isn't a WebAnywhere problem.
