Unexpected error during project export

Trying to export a 162-file project to CoNLL-U, which has succeeded previously, I get:
Unexpected error during project export: NullPointerException:
Project export failed
See attached screenshot.
Is there any way to find out which document triggered the error, and get the rest exported?

Oh, and this is 3.6.5 (2020-04-05 19:12:07, build c0bb5da9c28fe6dd328d3bdad738635dcebe992f) (as in the screenshot).

Hi,
Please try running the CAS Doctor to check if there are any inconsistencies in your documents.
Mind that CoNLL-U does not support overlapping or stacked annotations (e.g. named entities). Please check that the overlap
settings in your layers are compatible with CoNLL-U.
