The Consulate General of Israel in Mumbai has shared the trail mail with a competition for Startups- Smart JLM. The final event will be in Delhi on 28th Sep; however it would be a good opportunity for our students to participate.

About Start JLM 2017:

Start JLM brings together innovative, early -stage start -up founders from around the globe to explore and experience Jerusalem’s vibrant start-up ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to connect and benefit from interaction with prominent local tech leaders in a five-day immersive program, featuring interactive fireside chats and panels, specially designed how-to workshops, site visits at leading companies, and exclusive networking meet-ups with the city’s start-up community.

My name is Torsha Sen and I'm the Cultural and Public Diplomacy Officer in the Consulate General of Israel in Mumbai.

 

I am writing to you because Israel embassy in Delhi and consulates, alongside the Indian DST, are going to hold a competition for startups and we would be happy if you could recommend the competition in your circuit.

 

These are the basic requirements for participation:

EVERY Indian technology-oriented startup that are…

•        Software-based (mobile, web, IoT)

•        In the pre-seed  or seed stage

•        Live product / service and traction

•        And have founders in the 23-35 age group

Start JLM final event will be held in Delhi on September 28^th, when the five qualifying startups will pitch their ideas.

 

The winner of Start JLM (Jerusalem) Startup Competition gets to win an all-expenses paid trip to a boost camp in Israel | November 5^th -11^th, 2017.
