Greetings from IIMM Mumbai Branch!

 

Our Institute conducts a competition every year for “Young Materials Managers (YMM)” in the field of Materials & Supply Chain Management and allied disciplines. The competition provides opportunity to young professionals to display their talents and helps them in their career progression in this profession. 

 

Please find enclosed herewith copy of circular from our National Headquarters (NHQ) giving details of this year’s competition – YMM – 2017. The Theme for this year’s competition is “SGT in India & Globally Evolving Techonology Driving forces for SCM” as indicated in the circular.

 

Initially, the preliminary event will be held at the branch level and the selected two best teams from the branch will be sent for the National Final to be held at Bangalore on 15^th November 2017. The winners of National Final will be given cash prizes and certificates as mentioned in the circular.

 

We invite you to sponsor teams for the branch preliminary event of this competition. Each team will consist of two members, both meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the circular. The completed nomination forms, as per the format given in the circular, should be sent to our branch office address given below on or before 15^th October, 2017, and should be accompanied with copies of presentation paper in hard and soft copies (3 hard copies in word format and one soft copy in Ppt format). The presentation should be relevant to the theme.  There is no entry fee for this competition. The date and time for the preliminary event will be intimated in due course.
