Hey everyone!
Paul Singh is a guy I used to work with at PBWorks. Really cool guy and has been working to find funding and invest in startups outside of Silicon Valley.

He's been doing this cool thing called the North American Tech Tour where he drives an Airstream around the US and brings entrepreneurs, investors and such to meet with the local communities. He's starting to plan his 2018 tour and I thought it could be really fun to get him to come out to Madison.
Here's a video where he talks about what he's doing.

I've shot him an email, but haven't chatted with him yet. Here are some of the questions he asked in the form I submitted which I'm hoping to get better answers for before we talk.
Do we have specific dates or month in mind?
I simply said he'd probably want to wait until the snow melts. Obviously, ForwardFest is in Aug/Sept but there is also a lot of competition for attention at that time. Are there any other times during the year that make sense for this sort of thing to occur?
He would also be looking for a place where he could park a ~31' Airstream. Ideally, we could find a place where it would make sense for the local tech community to drop in during the week. Maybe somewhere downtown or at least off the bus line. Any ideas would be awesome.
Are there any specific things we'd like him to do to help our local tech community? Other than introducing him to our amazing community and possibly making some investment introductions, is there anything we'd hope to get out of it?
Cheers,
Andrew Shell
