Demo site pointed from About page is not working

The about page of the main web2py site (http://web2py.com/init/default/what) points to a demo page at http://www.web2py.com/demo_admin, but the demo is not working, it fails attempting to create a ticket but the "ticket number" is "unknown".

Either the demo or the page should be fixed...

It means it cannot even save the ticket because no write access to the filesystem.
