Pypi project link to web2py

I have a pypi project downloaded for university listing and search. I would like to link that project to a new app in web2py.
Is it possible uploading the project from my computer or using a github repo?
Kindly let me learn the process in details, anyone who has done this sorts of projects before

think there are uploaded service in http://localhost:8000/admin on the right side said : 'Upload and install packed application'

you can upload *.w2p file or github repo link

or another way if you are in computer terminal think you can use git clone on web2py/applications folder, or simply just copy, rsync or mv if you have it on your computer path
