i think, it can implemented in web2py, base on the website example code is very simple 

e.g.

<a href="http://html2pdfrocket.com/html/topdf?url=www.google.co.nz&apikey=ABCD-1234">Download PDF</a>

u must registered first to get your api key, after that replace the api key on example above with your own api.
