Edit crontab from the admin interface

I need to edit my crontab file located in the /app/cron folder. The problem is that I only have access to the admin interface of my deployment. Is there an easy solution?

Something like this should work...
http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin/edit/app/cron/crontab
