Pass upload data to imap table

• How does one retrieve the Payload of File + File name + Mime type  from the View (HTML Form + Upload type input field) and pass it directly to the Controller's Function (web2py DAL mail-row object)?

The mime type of the file can be guessed with the stdlib mimetypes module
