web2py server start issue

Hi,

I was earlier able to start the server by choosing a password. The issue is I have forgotten the password and I keep getting the error "Errno 13 Permission denied 'C:\\Program Files\\web2py\\parameters_8000.py"

Please  help as I am unable to proceed.

I also tried copying the folder from the downloaded version again and just copying my changes alone. But that too didn't work.

When I've forgotten I've just stopped the server, closed the app or terminal it was running from, reopen and restart with a new password.  

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with that error number but had you tried above?

I tried restarting but it  never worked. The issue was that I had to execute the .exe with an administrator privilege. It worked that way.
