smartgrid look & feel with last trunk

Hi!

I noticed the following if you create a new app from welcome with smartgrid then the linked table names aren't looking like buttons anymore. And the acural table names are just a link it looks a bit odd...

I personally like it the new way.  Just my 2 cents.

I agree -- I think it's good to make a visual distinction between the references (links) and the actions (buttons).

What about the Back button.  It's really a link, too.
