how to import modules on pythonanywhere

I recently deployed an app to pythonanywhere. The app works well on localhost but now I can't import the same modules as in the local computer.

For example, I keep getting the error: 

No module named applications.myapp.modules.pattern

The module pattern and others are installed with myvirtualenv.

How can i solve this.
