Paypal integration and reservation system

Hi

i need to implement a reservation system:

• the user can accept a reservation and the system must "block" the moneys
• After x times (for example 1 week) my software can abort the payment and the user have the money back
• After x times (for example 1 week) my software can accept the payment and accept the money

anyone can help me or have any example?
