put there the host your app is on. it's mainly used to avoid sending emails with a wrong url, given that that is the only place you're going to need an absolute one ^_^

For me wasn't clear if it should be string, list, or ..., how to set for localhost and so on...?

However now it is clear to me. -- It's enough take a look into applications/welcome/private
