invoice table missing in estore appliance

Trying to run the estore appliance from https://github.com/mdipierro/web2py-appliances/tree/master/EStore results in an error "Cannot resolve reference invoice in invoice_item definition".

Sure enough the db1.py doesn't include an 'invoice' definition. Am I missing something?

Yes.. Even I got the same error with EStore application. Invoice table is referenced in the model, but no such table is defined in the model.

Could anybody please help to fix this issue. I need to explore and understand the EStore application developed by Massimo.
