Hi, just noticed that welcome still ships bootstrap 2.2.2

Any reason to not upgrade that to 2.3.2 (latest of the 2.x branch)?
I use 2.3.2 in my scaffolding app and I got no issues so far, but I'm wondering: is there a reason to not move forward ?
