I have installed web2py on my Windows PC. First I installed the Windows version and then the source code version. They both installed and run without problems on my Windows 7 computer but when I try to edit any files (sing Internet Explorer 8) they are showed as one liners - which is not good for Python :-)
Doing the same thing using Chrome worked!

Well, for me, the Ace live demo doesn't have syntax highlighting in IE8 (and doesn't display at all in IE7), but I don't see everything on a single line. Maybe it's something about how it's configured in web2py.
