I am confused about Google PageSpeed Insights's Core Web Vitals Assessment: Failed or Passed

Is Core Web Vitals Assessment: Failed or Passed is only for 1 URL or it show result about entire website's page
Supposed I have a website "https://mywebsite.com" and it have "index.php" homepage and 500 internal page

When I test " "https://mywebsite.com"  it's speed in Google PageSpeed Insights is show Core Web Vitals Assessment: Failed or Passed. I want to know the Core Web Vitals Assessment result  "Failed or Passed" show for homepage or entire website's pages ?

PAgeSpeed Insights provides a toggle to show the assessment and Core Web Vitals details for the current URL or the Origin:

When URL level data is not available this will automatically flip to show the origin with a warning:

When neither is available, nothing can be shown and again there will be a warning:

The top section is based on real users.

The bottom section is based on a Lighthouse test which may or may not be reflective of your real user conditions. For example, the Lighthouse testing conditions may be slower than your real users. Or your users may be coming via redirects but you are testing the end page. CLS differences usually indicate post-load CLS issues (e.g. scrolling down the page can cause CLS issues with lazy-loaded like ads and images content popping in) and Lighthouse only does a basic load of the page with no scrolling or other interactions.

Please don't spam multiple unrelated issues.

Not all URLs are in CrUX and the eligibility criteria is given here: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/crux/methodology#eligibility

The most common reason is if a site has insufficient data, as shown in the info pop up:
