Mobile Speed in Lighthouse

Hello! A recent interest in our site's SEO also has me looking deeper into web vitals. I was terrified to see the results of load times on mobile, until I read that Lighthouse throttles mobile tests by default. It's possible to change throttle amount through the CLI, but I was wondering if there were plans to make throttle amount adjustable through the devtools UI? The default throttling feels severe and not representative of my typical user - I think more CPU and network throttling options would make this a more accurate and powerful tool.  Thank you.
