Really like the mod but....

one big problem is it significantly slows down the load time of my
igoogle home page. More often than not, it will take a minute or 2,
some times longer, trying to loading the web stickies data and I can't
live with that, so I had to get rid of it. Were it not for this
problem I would be using it all the time and wouldn't even mind the
ads, but instead I had to remove it. I'll keep checking it out, as
soon as this problem is fixed I'll be using it again. I'm running ff
2.0.0.3 on XP sp2 fully patched.

Ummm.. what spec machine do you have? It should be OK on any spec
machine of course. I have taken steps to optimise the javascript at
page load time and I have had only one report of performance issues.
Can you confirm you are using version 3.1?

If you are having problems still, I would recommend installing Firebug
for Firefox and profiling the javascript code. Then we can be sure
which function(s) is/are responsible for the performance hit!
