Hello everyone,
DNS Safety 2.1 is now released. The following changes are included into this version:
The virtual appliance images can be downloaded from here:
Manual installation on Debian 12 is described at Admin Guide.
As always list of open issues is available on GitHub. Please do not hesitate to add more if something is missing or needs to be improved.

What it DNS Safety? It is a DNS forwarding server (like dnsmasq, unbound, pi-hole, adguard) with extensive filtering capabilities. It allows administrator to filter access to domain names by categories, easily block access to user specified domains and provides different access policies for different groups of machines in your network.
DNS Safety 2.1 is now released. The following changes are included into this version:
- Fixed incorrect URL formatting in IPv6 resolvers.
- Updated log settings (added daemon level of logging, log rotation and retention settings).
- Logs / System Info page is moved to Tools / System Info.
- Added service status page in the Dashboard.
