Web Safety / Prometheus / Grafana

Hello everyone,

We have just published a new tutorial which explains how you can monitor Web Safety appliances using Prometheus and Grafana. The tutorial is available at https://docs.diladele.com/tutorials/monitoring_proxy_appliance/index.html

Note, it requires at least Web Safety version 9.2, we are now preparing it for release which is expected to be in July 2024. The development version can be downloaded as virtual appliance right away from https://www.diladele.com/support.html.

Please share your comments and findings - as we are not admins ourselves (but rather system programmers) the tutorial might be lacking some critical info, so please be sure to tell us what can be improved.

The next plan is to add articles on alerting and possibly squid log aggregation.
