Error 101 this network is unreachable

Hi,
For some reason. Devices connected to the Diladele proxy are frequently getting this error (please find attached)
And fails to connect to the site. But other times it does to the same website. On the web console under Squid Proxy > Settings > DNS I have the prefer to use IPv4 box ticked. I don't understand why this is happening because if I disable the proxy on the device it works fine.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
