Admin UI not working

Dear All,

I have just installed diladele web safety as per the docs but try to access http://ipaddress/node I get the below error

Are you using the virtual appliance or built the server yourself?

Dear All,

Just I figured out that wsicapd service fails to start and it says cannot check licesnse file either expired or invalid

can it be the reason for the admin GUI cannot be accessed
