Anyone else using this on DigitalOcean?

I've setup my server on Digital Ocean because I prefer the much simpler interface than with Azure. However, I often need to complete a Cloudflare Captcha before I can access websites and some websites are blocked completly by a similar DNS protection service.

Anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening? Is it because Digital Ocean IP's are flagged as suspicious? Or perhaps the website is able to detect a proxy is being used?

When I first set this up and noticed this, I did a little "Googleing" and it seemed people were suggesting that if no suspicious traffic was traced to your IP over the course of a month or so Cloudflare would remove it from its list of suspicious IP addresses. That has not happened and I would really like to remove the annoyance.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to solve this annoying problem?

Unfortunately this ban comes from cloudflare, not from digital ocean? So just moving away from that provider maybe. Sorry :(
