Transparent interception on RHEL 9 and Debian 12

Hello everyone,

The two tutorials on how to configure transparent interception and inspection of HTTP and HTTP traffic on Debian 12 and RHEL 9 were rewritten and re-tested for correct work with Web Safety 8.6.

The tutorials are:
