Web Safety 8.4 RC1

The next version of Web Safety 8.4 is now in Release Candidate stage. We are actively using the version internally and plan to finally release it in March 2023.
 
The following changes are included into this version:

• Added the notion of Exclusion Lists. It is now possible to enable pre-configured and automatically updated exclusion lists for Microsoft Office sites, Python development sites and Apple related sites. The list of exclusions will be expanded as required. Please share your ideas on what to exclude into those Exclusion Lists.
• Administrator can also configure custom exclusion lists.
• Application is now able to notify administrator of the upcoming expiration of Trusted Root CA certificate.

Upgrade steps required are described in the Admin Guide. As always list of open issues is available on GitHub. Please do not hesitate to add more if something is missing or needs to be improved.
 
Next step is to ensure the application works as expected in Debian 11/RHEL 9, prepare and test the Azure and AWS virtual appliances. Hope you will find this useful.
