Show page blocked in transparent mode with NO decryption

In this case:

"Note no standard blue blocked page will be shown to the user because showing it requires to have HTTPS decryption in place."

Can I show another page blocked by squid?

By default Squid already shows its message in decrypted HTTPS connections - so the only way for the client to see it - is to trust the proxy for decryption.
