Hi all,

I'm running the trial for Websafety 7.5 on a VMware VM.

After configuring the system, I am trying to run some of the periodic reports. I updated them to run once an hour for testing. I tried half a dozen of the reports, but they all return an error such as the following (each ending with "No objects to concatenate") and no data.

Hello Scott,

Are you sure you have anything in the logs for the period you build? See UI/Traffic/History.

Rafael,

You're right--I don't have any data shown on the history calendar yet for the last week. (I started the VM two weeks ago though and I do see data from Jan 20.)

How often is data batched into the history calendar (or wherever the reports pull their data), and is it possible to configure it to do this batching right now so that I can evaluate the reports? (The "real time traffic" tab is showing plenty of current data for today and I confirm that the site blocking is working.)

Thanks,
Scott

This shows how it works in general - https://docs.diladele.com/administrator_guide_stable/traffic_monitoring/index.html
