The Squid version that you have released is v4.14. However you advertise that you are using v6.8 in your proxy product. Will you be releasing the new version of Squid?

Hello Lans,

The latest Squid we use in Web Safety virtual appliance is 6.9.
Repo for it is available at squid69.diladele.com. Note it is a version that runs on Linux.

The latest version that runs on Windows is indeed 4.14 and is available from https://squid.diladele.com/
We still cannot find time to compile the latest 6.9 on Windows due to very busy schedule. But you can do it yourself using repo at https://github.com/diladele/squid-windows

Best regards,
Rafael

Hi Rafael,

I would love to build the Windows version myself, but the last commit on that repository (https://github.com/diladele/squid-windows) is 3 years ago. It has not been updated with new versions?

Best wishes,
Larry A.

It is not the only build that needs to be done - it is everything, including source updating, patching, research etc :(

Best regards,
Rafael
