Backup Restore Settings Have Changed in Web Safety 8.1

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade from Websafety 7.6 to 8.1 using your VMWare appliance file. After installation of the 8.1 VM I'm at the point of restoring the old configurations, however, the selections on the restore page have major changes from older version and I'm not sure which boxes to check.

In your "How to Upgrade" section of the Administrators Guide 8.1 (Stable) in the "Import Old Configuration Into New Version" it shows older selection boxes and their explanations that do NOT match that actual restore screen in 8.1.

Please advise.

Hello Sew,

I usually use the "Import configuration settings from previous (old) version of the application" first with all checkboxes set to verify the import would go fine and then second time do the same *without* "Only test import of the settings" to perform actual import.
