Hosting in China

Hi there,

A friend of mine has a website that is aimed at Chinese viewers, but
access to it from China is very slow. The site is currently hosted in
the UK. Does anyone know of a good web host in China or one outside of
China that has a good connection to the country? The server would need
to be Linux. Thanks

If he's in China, I would try to have him to look at webhosts
Stateside, particularly on the West coast.
